Ce cours de 5 semaines est destiné aux travailleurs communautaires qui cherchent à créer de nouveaux services pour les jeunes ou à améliorer les pratiques actuelles.

Les participants apprendront à propos des:

  1. Défis d'établissement auxquels sont confrontés les jeunes immigrants et réfugiés en Ontario
  2. Mesures pour relever les défis identifiés et rendre les services d'établissement pour les jeunes plus efficaces
  3. Modèles d'inclusion pour la programmation sportive et récréative
  4. Critères de bonne pratique et caractéristiques d'un programme efficace pour les jeunes nouveaux arrivants

Les participants qui réussissent s'engagent généralement environ 2-3 heures d'apprentissage par semaine.
