What Does a Champion do?
Access and Equity Champions host one-two educational events in immigrant and refugee communities about LGBTQIA+ immigrants and refugees and/or those with in/visible disabilities over the course of the year. It's a flexible role that allows you to be creative and design your own events, with support.
When does training take place?
An Orientation and Training will occur from April 12th-13th, 2019 in Toronto, ON. Hotel and accommodation will be provided for those chosen from outside the Greater Toronto Area.
