Is pleased to announce our Facilitated E-learning Training on

Understanding and Responding to Gender-Based Violence in Immigrant and Refugee Communities

with a focus on Domestic Violence

Facilitated online course taking place from October 14 to December 2, 2019

The purpose of this FREE 6-module online course is to help front-line workers better understand and respond to gender-based violence in general, and domestic violence in particular, in immigrant and refugee communities. You will have one week to complete each module at your own pace, with the support of the facilitator.

  

After completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion from OCASI.

 

There are 6 modules in the course. You will have one week to complete each module at your own pace.

 

Course dates:

Monday, October 14, 2019: Module 1 starts

Monday, October 21, 2019: Module 2 starts

Monday, October 28, 2019: Module 3 starts

Monday, November 4, 2019: Module 4 starts

Monday, November 11, 2019: Module 5 starts

Monday, November 18, 2019: Module 6 starts
