    Gender-Based Violence
"After completing this course I now know what GBV is, who are the victims, who are the abusers and how front line workers can help. I know the warning signs, and what is best safety plan. I wish I would have received this course in the beginning of my work as settlement worker."
    ...
    Trauma and Violence Informed Approach
"I learned to have boundaries between work and home. The most important subject I learned was asking for help, and have a network of peers, colleagues, and supervisors to help me understand my clients more."
    ...
Creating Inclusive Spaces for Immigrants and Refugees with In/Visible Disabilities
"I now understand that accessibility includes so many things that we may not automatically think about. Is the building accessible? Is the information in different languages? What are the rights of these individuals?and how important it is to learn about the migration experience of each family, can impact the support you give."
    ...
    ...
    Serving LGBTQIA+ Newcomers
"The resources stuck out the most, I am adding them to the list of resources we have to better support our clients. I also appreciated the historical context and global context, often these contexts are overlooked."
